🚫 Digital Products – No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final on the following:
- The Freedom Formula (Digital Edition)
- Startup Success Kit
- Ultimate LLC Blueprint
- Bag Talk Business Blueprint
- Templates, courses, downloads, and all digital resources
Once delivered, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If you have an issue accessing your purchase, please email us at support@theundefinedprojekt.com and we’ll assist promptly.
📞 Services & 1:1 Strategy Sessions
We do not offer refunds once services are booked and work has begun. This includes:
- Visionary Calls
- Strategy Consultations
- VIP or Done-For-You Packages
- Branding, content creation, and coaching sessions
However, we understand business evolves. We allow rescheduling or credit transfers within 14 days of your original booking date.
If expectations are misaligned, we’re open to pivoting within reason to provide revised support or deliverables.
🎟 Workshops, Webinars & Live Programs
All ticketed experiences are non-refundable but are transferable. Can’t make it? Reach out and we’ll apply your credit to a future event or reassign your ticket to someone else.
